We rely on our volunteers to build our homes, work in our stores and help in our office. We welcome you to continue to partner with Habitat so we can help more families in need.
Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity currently builds houses in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Englewood. We do our best to assign the area the partner family requests, but the actual house assignment depends on the build schedule.
An applicant must be at least over the age of 18. Our current Mortgages average 30 years.
A family will complete 300 hours.
The fee is for the background and credit check. The application cannot be evaluated until we are able to conduct the credit and background checks.
