Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity is proud to announce the launch of it’s new Cleanout & Removal Business
Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity will work directly with individuals, property managers, landlords, realtors and trust officers.
For a fee, Habitat Cleanout & Removal will offer services that include packing and removal of any unwanted items left in the vacated property, bringing unusable materials to the recycling facility and donation of resellable items to the Habitat Resale store to generate program income. For an additional fee, the client may select from different cleaning services allowing for a quicker turnaround time for the property.

Habitat Cleanout & Removal is an additional earned income source for the sustainability of Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity. All proceeds will help fund our homeownership program.
